Newly renovated island getaway
1 bedroom apartment newly furnished and remodeled. Located on a beautiful tropical lush property . Has a lanai to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Enjoy the properties heated pool and beautiful tropical feel. Property is located on collier across from beach just a few blocks from public beach entrance, or within 5 minute drive to south beach or tiger tail beach. Central to all restaurants , shops and grocery stores. Walk over to doreens and have an amazing breakfast or Joey’s pizza for the best Italian food on the island. Several fun board games and entertainment in the apartment. Brand new 65 inch smart tv in the living room and a 50 inch in the bedroom. Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular american coffee maker. If you choose to eat in we have all new stainless steel appliances, toaster air fryer combo. Silverware and all starter essentials are provided .
