I don’t see any details in the review — please send specifics and any photos through your Vrbo message thread so we can document and investigate. I’ve flagged your reservation for immediate review and will take corrective action as needed, which may include: - Inspecting the unit and scheduling maintenance/repairs. - Deep-cleaning and replacing any affected linens or furnishings. - Scheduling pest control if there are signs of infestation. - Diagnosing and restoring Wi‑Fi, electrical, or plumbing issues. - Addressing any safety concerns (deck railings, loose fixtures, etc.). - Reviewing the listing accuracy, fees, and our response timeline with the owner/HOA. Once we have details and complete our investigation, we’ll review the stay for appropriate compensation. Again, I’m sorry your visit didn’t meet expectations and appreciate any information you can share via Vrbo so we can make it right.
