Property amenities include a fitness center, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a white sandy beach. Walk down the street to the Flora-Bama to listen to live music or enjoy great food on Old River at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club or the Flora-Bama Ole' River Bar. Rent jet skis or a pontoon boat and head to Robinson Island where the locals hangout.

*One parking pass is included with each reservation. If you would like to purchase a second pass for $50 plus tax, please let Signature Properties know before your arrival or you can purchase at the onsite office when you arrive or as needed. *Prices are set by the HOA and are subject to change.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
