LEGAL BASEMENT SUITE
Please note, there is a legal basement suite on the property, but you’ll enjoy FULL PRIVACY and complete separation during your stay. The main unit has its own private entrance through the front door and includes a dedicated washer and dryer exclusively for your use. No shared access required.

The entire upstairs suite is fully soundproofed, thoughtfully designed for peace and quiet, and completely private. You’ll have the entire main-level space to yourself, so you can relax and enjoy.

♦ There is plenty of additional free street parking along the front and side of the house since the home sits on a corner lot.

Additional Guest: after reservation is confirmed any additional guests beyond the initial booking will incur a fee of $50.00 per guest per night.
No pets allowed on the property to ensure safety of others who might have allergies. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 charge.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. No food in bedrooms or couch. Additional fee for unregistered guest of $50 per night.
