Loved this rental. Host was very responsive. Lots of space and room and super cute beach decor! Absolutely loved the location, was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would love stay again if we ever come visit the area in the future!

Family Reunion

We had a great family reunion. The house was the perfect size for our group. The location was close (walking distance) to a beautiful private beach. The house was clean, tastefully designed and spacious, with lots of space for a large group. The kids loved the pool.

Have been coming to PCB for years. Have stayed at this specific property multiple times though as it’s our favorite. Love the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach. Very quiet area. Always clean inside and out of the house. The pool is fabulous. Will definitely book again.

We had the absolute BEST time this past week. Brady is a dream to work with! Always kept us in communication from the moment we booked until we checked out. Everything was exactly as described online. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities a family would need. We especially loved the private beach. We can’t wait to book next year through Downtime Vacation Rentals!! 100/10 stars!!!

Great house that you never have to leave

We had an excellent experience! The house was perfect for our family. We loved all of the space and the pool and BBQ were amazing. We never wanted to leave the house. We did enjoy the private beach entrance. When we had questions they were very quick to respond to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying here! We had 2 families and we had more than enough room! Loved everything about the house!

Great house! Perfect for everyone!

We just finished up our week long stay at this rental property. We were all very excited when we arrived that this house was more than we expected. All of the kids and parents loved it. This propert6y was clean, cute, and made us feel very at home. Brady the property manager was always very responsive starting even months before our arrival and very helpful with anything we needed during our trip. He always checked on us just making sure that if there was anything he could do for us he would. The location of the house was perfect as well offering just a short walk to the beach directly down the street from the private beach. The beach was peaceful and not overly crowded. The location of the house was also perfect for being close to shops and the amazing state park that i suggest everyone visits! Thank you for our stay and we cant wait to come back!
