This safe country oasis is minutes away from it all! Sitting on 4 acres with a pond, this property is a peaceful getaway but is just minutes from shopping, outlet malls, and all major hospitals. Carter's Off-Road Park is just a mile from here and trailer parking and an RV hook-up is available. This space is also perfect for travel nurses as it is just 15-30 minutes from all hospitals in Central Arkansas. The one-bedroom option has a fully adjustable queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, an eat-in kitchen/dining, and comfortable living space. A second bedroom with four bunks is available for an additional cost. Travel nurses, ask about mid-term rental options.
