My dogs loved the dog blanket provided inside, the yard and the cute patio were great too! Such an adorable house and the owners live on the premise and are super responsive! A beautiful neighborhood to walk around!

Thank you for staying with us. It was great to have you. So glad you enjoyed the cottage and our wonderful neighborhood.
This quaint property was located in the beautiful Historic area of Little Rock. The secret garden was pleasant to sit and sip wine after a long day of traveling. Sightseeing the area was in walking distance, and we visited local breweries, pubs, and restaurants, all while admiring the beautiful Historic homes along the way. We were given breakfast each day and a fabulous book on the area. Can't wait to return to visit again.

What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

It was an excellent stay! Very clean! Probably one of my favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Quaint tree lined street! Breakfast bread basket was delicious! Lawn was so peaceful and beautiful place to sit for morning coffee! Perfect place! Great hosts! Great location!

Thank you Becky for the kind words. So happy you enjoyed your cottage and your stay with us. Thank you for staying with us and we hope we'll see you again.
Cottage was perfect for a weekend get-away for two. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with newer appliances, furniture, and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious; large shower space and plenty of hot water. And having a morning breakfast available was a very nice perk with a personal touch. Electric fireplace & heater made our evenings warm, comfortable, and added to the ambiance. Lovely and spacious sitting area on the side of the cottage is the perfect place for outdoor relaxing. Nice, safe neighborhood with reserved parking. Cottage is within 5 minutes of downtown Little Rock with access to restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely book again. Five - Stars all the way.
Stayed here for one night for work. Air conditioning unit did not function properly and had a horrible night sleep. Notified the property owner, but was not offered any sort of discount. Walked over to Main street for some ice cream and was approached by panhandlers twice. Felt the neighborhood was a little sketchy. I thought this property was nice but overpriced.

Hi Byron, I regret that you had trouble with the AC Unit. We just bought and installed that in May. When I checked the unit, it was working fine. The temperature was not turned down and it was set on auto. So when it reached the temperature it kept turning itself off. We are here on premise and I wish that you had called me. Even if it late, I would rather get a call and help you work something out so you have nice evening. And being in a urban / downtown area, you will sometimes run into panhandlers.
The cottage and host was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to have our 3 dogs. That's very unusual to find and very thankful. I love the little fenced in spot for them. That made things so nice! Breakfast was lovely.
