This is our tiny house cottage. Its studio-style includes king bed, full kitchen, large walk-in double-headed shower, radiant heat log stove and wide screen TV. Crowning touch is your private garden accessible from inside the cottage. Designed for comfort and convenience with daily complimentary breakfast, easy parking, pets welcome and MacArthur Park and SoMa (South Main) just blocks away. Our stay at the cottage was exceptional. The hosts were welcoming and obviously take great care of their business. The cottage was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The included breakfasts were a big bonus and delicious. We will definitely book the cottage the next time we travel to Little Rock!

This was such a quaint cottage for a last minute get away for my husband and I. Property was clean and ready for guests. It has an adorable little private garden area. The bed was super cozy and the host leaving breakfast items in the fridge was a sweet touch. Definitely will book here again!

We stayed here one night traveling between Virginia and Texas with our dog. The location and big yard were pluses for us. We easily walked to great bars and restaurants and then a quick Uber home. The bed was comfy and the cottage perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage, loved the little side yard. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. My only suggestions would be the shower needs updating, little closed in and dark feeling and the couch maybe a cover as it has a few stains, but these are definitely not anything that would ever stop us from staying again. Beautiful flowers and garden area

We do clean it regularly but people will let the animals and feet on it so it is an ongoing process. We did just schedule another cleaning so thank you for the input.

What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage and host was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to have our 3 dogs. That's very unusual to find and very thankful. I love the little fenced in spot for them. That made things so nice! Breakfast was lovely.

This quaint property was located in the beautiful Historic area of Little Rock. The secret garden was pleasant to sit and sip wine after a long day of traveling. Sightseeing the area was in walking distance, and we visited local breweries, pubs, and restaurants, all while admiring the beautiful Historic homes along the way. We were given breakfast each day and a fabulous book on the area. Can't wait to return to visit again.

Sweet stay in sweet neighborhood

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in this sweet cottage in downtown Little Rock. We had everything we needed and our hosts were lovely. The entire property is beautiful, with pretty gardens and cute sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again!
