Quiet, Clean Home In South Phoenix/Ahwatukee

Every aspect of this house has been renovated within the past few years. It is located in the Lakewood Community in the heart of Ahwatukee. Located approximately 15 minutes south of the airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101. This is a very quiet and safe community. There are 2 beautiful lakes, walking trails and a park in the center of the community. Redecorated /new furniture. We hope you will feel right at home.

Home is beautiful. The pics don’t do it justice. Tony was very accommodating and responds quickly. Neighbor/house manager brought over cookies and phone number to call if we need anything. Overall and excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was super convenient to where our other family lives. The pictures don't do it justice. It's actually much nicer in person. Would rent again. Only recommendation--keyless entry!

Great Place

Went to visit family and of course a little site seeing. This house was so much better than pictures indicate. Close to family and things we wanted to see and do. I would highly recommend staying at this residence. While we gave this residence a five star rating the only draw back might be that the height of the beds could be restrictive for elderly individuals. Would definitely rent this property again. Tony responded to any questions we might have had I a timely fashion,the zucchini bread provided by Karen was great.

The house was beautiful. The check in was easy and convenient. The location is very good and it's a beautiful neighborhood, very quiet. The owner was a wonderful fella. It was a great experience and I would go back in a second.
