Offering five bedrooms in two separate living spaces, Villa Soleada is perfect for families and friends travelling together. Enjoy the sunsets over the valley as you make memories in your home away from home.

The main floor of the villa offers a breezy and bright sunroom, a comfortable living area, dining area, and full kitchen. Down the hall are two bedrooms with access to the hall bath and the primary bedroom with attached bath. The lower floor of the villa is reach by private entrance and has a living area, full bath, a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds.

The villa also has a large poolside cabana, with a spacious dining table and kitchenette including mini fridge, sink, and grill.

There is also gated parking on the premises available for one car. Guests have use of the entire villa, pool, and gardens.

Please note that the main living area and the primary bedroom have air conditioning. The two other bedrooms on the main level have ceiling fans and the lower level living area and bedrooms have floor fans. All living areas and bedrooms have wall heaters. License VT-503379-A
