Casa Moixeta, charming villa, will enchant 6 people (and even more) with all its clarity throughout the day. She will seduce you with its swimming pool (9x5m) sunny in the morning until the evening. Will delight you with its large terrace where you can dine with family or friends, make generous barbecues, unwind in front of a quiet open view (with or without cocktail) or just sunbathing. For sensitive skin, there is a covered terrace overlooking the pool.
3 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bedroom 1 double, 1 room 2 beds, 1 double 1 bed room) you offer quality sleep, and Sufficient storage space. Both newly renovated bathrooms will be the place to relax, if you're not already.
The well-stocked kitchen will allow you to delicious meals at home. The bright living room has an extendable table to invite more guests if you wish. In bad weather (which is rare), the lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi. For workholic, teens, and other addicts net, wifi is free!

Lovely villa, great place

Great overall experience, lovely villa , nice that there were a couple of bars/restaurant near by. Fully equipped with all you need, excellent choice for people with dogs as all enclosed and secure. Plenty of seating areas also, would certainly recommend.

The villa had everything we wanted for our family, nice clean rooms, lovely outdoor area especially the pool and loungers. The sun terrace was a perfect place for breakfast and evening meals. One of the most important aspect of our holidays is to slow down and to have peace and quiet, the Villa offered this in abundance. Would definitely recommend the Villa.

Enjoyable Family Holiday in a Great Villa

We had an absolutely amazing 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The property is spacious, spotlessly clean & extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is stunning, the pool is fantastic & the entire property is secure. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to beaches, shops & a selection of restaurants & bars. A special thank you to Christelle who was a wonderful host, she was warm, welcoming & incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

In spite of the extreme heat we all had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa.Christelle was a wonderful host and communication was exceptional with her from booking to meeting us on arrival.The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday.The pool area and gardens are perfect and the villa is located in a peaceful and quiet part of Javea but still handy for the beach etc.We all said we’d love to return again when hopefully the weather will be less hot.

Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungspaket empfangen, die Villa ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben, es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden und Christell kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas sein sollte. Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien verbracht und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Villa super équipée sur les hauteurs de Javéa

Accueil souriant et ponctuel de Christelle ; la villa est superbe et parfaitement équipée . Elle est située dans un magnifique jardin fleuri avec une piscine permettant de nager. L'environnement est très calme mais à proximité de tout en voiture.

Très bon accueil de la part de Christelle. Elle est très attentionnée et la communication est très simple et réactive pour nous accompagner au mieux dans un secteur que nous ne connaissions pas La maison est très propre et fonctionnel. J ai de la famille en Espagne et cela faisait longtemps que je ne l es avais pas revu. Nous avons voulu visiter la région de Javea et voulions louer pour la première fois une villa avec piscine. Le rêve est devenu réalité, la villa est juste magnifique, au calme, spacieuse, lumineuse avec un vrai jardin arboré et une piscine gigantesque. 9 jours de bonheur et de détente. Notre au hôte, Christelle est aux petits oignons.

A delightful, comfortable villa in a location that was close to Arenal and with easy access to motorway for travelling north and south. Recommended for couples or families up to six and also pet friendly. Major supermarkets within 10 minutes drive and all required facilities nearby. A car or motorbike is needed for convenience. The veranda is a delight with three areas of varying shelter from the sun and the garden a riot of colour. The pool is large and clean and well maintained and the friendly owners of the villa are always helpful and a phone call away if needed.

Vacances au top

La villa est situé dans un lotissement très calme, aucun vis à vis. Le jardin est magnifique, arborés et fleuris avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est très bien entretenue ! L’intérieur de la villa est au top, tout y est, il y a des volets dans chaques chambres, la literie est très bonne, nous avons très bien dormis. La cuisine est très bien équipé ! Il y a même des plats à gâteaux, à pizza et on peut même presser les oranges !!! La villa est totalement clos( portail électrique) et clôture ! ( pour des enfants c’est l’idéale ) et totalement sécurisé avec alarmes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin blanc au frais ! La villa est pas loin de la mer. Le super marché n’est pas loin non plus cependant la voiture est indispensable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, d’excellente vacances !!!!

Une très belle villa dans le quartier calme de la Guardia

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très agréable à vivre (belle et bien équipée). Les lits sont confortables. La piscine est en parfait état. Christelle et Jean-François nous ont accueilli fort sympathiquement. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir !

Great villa in a great location

The villa was clean and spacious and well equipped. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living space so the house was lovely and cool. Nice seating area outside. Pool was fabulous. Location was excellent. A scenic straightforward drive from Alicante airport of about 1 hr 30. The area is stunning and quiet so felt comfortable making a bit of noise in the pool as other families were enjoying themselves I.in the surrounding villas. The villa isn’t overlooked due to carefully planted trees. There’s a nice garden. The villa is about 10 minutes drive from several beaches and coves, some rocky, some sandy but all beautiful, good snorkelling. Supermarkets nearby. Owner is trustworthy and contactable, deposit back within a week of return. Friendly lady who meets you at the property to show you around and checks/cleans property at the end of your stay. A lovely relaxing holiday thank you.
