We were in the area for my son’s wedding at The Grand Ivory. It took us about 20 minutes from here to get to the venue. We had lots of family with us. This property was great! Kids enjoyed the pool, olders enjoyed the pool table, and all had a fabulous time. Thank you!

Awesome!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse for the weekend! Our extended family met here from Illinois and Michigan to attend a wedding. We loved the atmosphere and the overall stay was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were clean and welcomed amenities!

Phenomenal

The pictures are good, but do not do this property justice. It's very large, offers space to relax as well as stay entertained. Will definitely reserve again if I go down that way again.

We had a great time celebrating! There was plenty of room for everyone, it’s a great space. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio while some went in the pool. We also enjoyed using the pool table.

This house was perfect for our 3 families to stay at for our son's wedding. Very clean, very beautiful! The only thing the front door has trouble opening.

Fantastic Country Property

Our family booked the property over the weekend while we attended my youngest son's wedding at a venue, nearby in Leonard. It is a great place in the country. the property is clean and very spacious. It is only 10 minutes from Bonham, where you can find anything you may need while in the area and only 35 minutes from Mc Kinney. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. we thorughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great house in Bonham

The house is just as pictured. It was perfect for my sister’s family and mine. Plenty of space to hang out. We loved the pool table. Sadly, it was too cold and breezy to appreciate the porch, pool or hot tub. Everything was clean! The house was fully stocked for the 7 of us. The paint and towels could use some updating. Pulling in/out of the barely marked street from a 75mph road in the dark was a bit scary but we relied on our GPS to know when to turn. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bonham.

We did have a wonderful time in this home. There were only a couple things. The kitchen counters had to be cleaned because there was something sticky on them and a shower curtain had some kind of brown staining on it. The host responded quickly and was very kind.
