Cute place and great location too! We were able to walk to most sites or take the train. The area is safe and residential. We enjoyed watching movies at night with the easy streaming options. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is big! Photos accurately depict the place. Would stay here again for sure. Owners were very accommodating and responsive.

Great house in Philly!

My family stayed here over spring break. It was walkable to everything we did. It was clean and well furnished. The kids loved the video game also. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food.

Great place. Easily walkable to a lot of Old City. Parking can be a chore. The first night I parked 15 min away but the next three nights just a couple minutes away.
