Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – all Knee Walls will be replaced beginning September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1

You can expect an email prior to your arrival stating everything you need to know while there and what to bring, plus a door code and no standing in line to check-in!ol, wading pool and hot tub and all of the other pools! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay.
Without any additional fees, you will have access the beautiful pool, hot tub, wading pool, and restrooms at the foot of the tower, plus access to the boardwalks, playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills and tram services. Additionally, you may patron the salon and fine dining restaurant and bar, with gulf view, at the clubhouse, and you may patron the sports bar & grill with an arcade, beach & apparel shop, coffee and ice cream shops near the entrance of the resort.
You may have access to The Clubhouse's private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45.00 per day which covers your entire party, not per person. Upon arrival, you could request a tour of the Club's amenities and schedule of event during your stay and pay only for the days you choose, if any. The Clubhouse's private amenities include: Luxurious separate Ladies & Gentle-men's locker rooms with saunas, showers and a changing area, a fitness center with a gulf view, an indoor pool with a gulf view, a beach side pool with seasonal entertainment and a Tiki bar & Grill, a game room, children's activities, tennis courts.
Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above.
