The house was just as pictured and was everything I hoped for. 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins from MI adventure. All things needed were provided and made traveling lighter for this stressed momma!!
The house itself was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. I think it would help to be more direct about the driveway. A large truck could not get through the space, and it didn't seem like anyone parked on the street overnight.
No air on 2nd floor, window sill air conditioner was on floor in a closet. Need to trim bushes in joint entry driveway as they surface scratched our car. And, neighborhood is a bit more than "ethnically diverse." It's sketchy and run down.

It was ok. Parking is poor can barley get a car down the drive way. Had to park our trucks on the street. It a shared drive as well.
Couch is broken down. Mattresses not great.
Ran out of toliet paper . No ac in one of the bedrooms upstairs.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks so much for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you found the parking challenging. We do share a driveway with our neighbor, however there is also ample street parking right in front of our home.
We do have an AC unit for the second bedroom upstairs. We’re very sorry that it wasn’t out and we will make sure that’s rectified right away. We understand that it’s warm and we certainly don’t want any of our guests to ever be uncomfortable.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us - we are always striving to provide our guests with the best experience and we regret that we fell short during your stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in this charming two-story home. Clean, welcoming, with lovely decorative touches, nice flooring, all the needed amenities and room to spread out a bit, too. Location was minutes from good restaurants, plus a great record store about 400 ft away! And just a 5 minute walk to the art museum. Plus, hosts Ryan and Ashley were super responsive and provided great recommendations for local eating options.
