The space
If you are looking for a spacious rental, then this is your dream. Sunroom off of the laundry room, living room and 3rd floor with pool table, air hockey and foosball. Multiple separate entertaining spaces to keep your guests under one roof with plenty of room to roam and spread out. The outdoor space lends itself to a back deck, a screened gazebo, beautiful gardens, and huge driveway with ample off-street parking.

Entire property except the basement with separate entrance .
Other things to note
3 rd floor has an emergency ladder, be sure guests can independently operate the ladder in case of emergency. There are very steep staircases. Part of the charm and quirks of a renovated old farmhouse.
