WE GOT SCREWED!! we were literally sitting in the airplane on the tarmac in Chicago on our way to Raleigh, when I got a phone call and several emails canceling this property on us, the date of check-in! Unbelievable. It was a sickening feeling knowing that when we landed we were homeless in a strange city. Fortunately we scrambled and found other arrangements that worked for us but for that to happen same day was awful.

Very disappointing stay — would not recommendUnfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. During our visit, the water was disconnected, leaving us unable to take showers. We notified the host around 4:00 PM, but the issue was not resolved during our stay. Not having running water is a major issue for any rental, especially when you are paying for a place to stay.On top of that, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses were so uncomfortable that I woke up feeling like I had been bruised. Getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible.We chose a VRBO expecting a comfortable and functional place to stay, and unfortunately, we did not get that. Between the lack of running water and the extremely uncomfortable beds, this was not an acceptable experience for the price.I would strongly recommend that the host address these issues before renting the property to other guests.
