Private 3BR, 2BA main-level home on 5 wooded acres. Guests have exclusive use of the main living space; the basement is a separate apartment with a full-time tenant and private entrance. No shared areas. Minutes from Coastal Music Park, River Ridge Golf Club, hospitals, and shopping. Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable beds, wooded trails, a peaceful creek, and frequent wildlife sightings. Quiet, convenient, and relaxing.
Great sleep is everything, which is why the home features high-density foam mattresses paired with luxury hotel-style linens. Extra towels and bedding are provided so you can settle in comfortably.
To get you started, we include a complimentary set of soaps and paper essentials in the kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday staples, including coffee, tea, and handy cooking tools to make meals easy.
This is a two-level home. Guests enjoy full access to the main and upper levels. The walk-in basement is a completely separate apartment with its own private entrance at the rear of the home and is not part of the rental.
Relax outdoors with access to wooded trails, a backyard fire pit, front patio, driveway, and grill. Fire safety is important in this wooded setting—please use the pit responsibly and fully extinguish fires using the hose provided. The back deck and both garages are not available for guest use.
Please note: a single long-term tenant lives in the lower apartment with a very friendly dog. They respect guest privacy and ask the same in return.
For safety, the property has three exterior cameras (front door, garage side entrance, and inside the garage). No cameras face any interior living spaces.
