Rental on the Fox River St Charles IL, 3BR , full Kitchen, unbelievable views, go water skiing, canoeing, bike along the Fox River trail only 100 ft away. Take a canoe ride down the river. Have a camp fire next to the river. Minutes from down town St Charles, Arcadia Theater, Geneva 3rd street dinning. Best staycation you can get. Hundreds of miles of Bike trails all over the area.

For discounted off season monthly rates Please contact the owner directly. Daily and weekly rates are 350/night.

Although we can't rent for parties. It's a great place for a family vacation, or stay while attending a family wedding or special event.

We have parking for up to 6 vehicles on the property.

Family Reunion Weekend

This place was the perfect spot for my family to stay for our reunion. Picturesque views. I grew up in the area, yet I felt I was in Northern Wisconsin. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Fun to watch the boaters on the river. Lots of space for a large group to stay. Would consider this home again!

Christmas in St, Charles 2024

We hosted our four adult kids for Christmas at this place. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, there was ample space in both levels for us to hang out in smaller groups, the location was convenient to St Charles/Geneva and also a short drive to Schaumburg. Sadly the weather was rainy so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Will definitely consider for a future family gathering!

Family stay, nice riverside views

We were a group of 6 adults, in the area visiting extended family. This is a comfortable space with cozy common areas to eat and relax, along with the 3 bedrooms. Plenty of dishes, cookware, linens and towels were available, including extra blankets. The laundry machines were appreciated during our week-long stay. We enjoyed walking along the path next to the Fox River, which goes in both directions with entrances just a short walk from the house. We saw many geese and a variety of other birds, along the trail as well as in the trees next to the house, viewed from the windows. There aren’t any stores or restaurants in close walking distance, but the amenities of St. Charles and Geneva are within a short drive. We particularly enjoyed The Brunch Cafe and Tasty Biscuit. Access requires climbing an outside staircase, so this rental isn’t recommended for anyone who can’t manage stairs well. Otherwise, we give it a thumbs-up and would stay here again next time we come to visit family!

Fall outing

we are almost 11 men stayed this house for our annual gathering for 2 night. Wonderful location and nice house and was spacious. The house is clean and all the utilities at the kitchen. Outside deck and views are beautiful, many bed for all of us. The property owner, Rick, answered all of my questions before our arrival. We had perfect weather last weekend and loved using the fire pit at night.

The property was in the perfect location for our family. Great view of the river activities, indoor/outdoor summer living with a wonderful fire pit outside. Plenty of space for 10 people and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great view of the river. Plenty of room. After our stay we understand why there were no outside pics on VRBO. Property needs some care and clean up. Inside was very good.

Sisters+ weekend

We spent our annual gathering of my sisters and their daughters (8 adult women) at the Fox River home. It was spacious and we really enjoyed being on the river in a quiet neighborhood and on the bike/walking trail along the river.

Rest and recharge!

My family of 8 were fortunate enough to stay here over the recent Christmas holidays. We had 2 deaths in our family and this lovely home offered us a respite from our grief. The views of the Fox River were so healing and the home is so cozy with plenty of seating, gas fireplace and a lovely kitchen space with abundant supplies. Seriously so grateful for this wonderful property! The owner had the fire going for us when we arrived and was very responsive throughout our stay. We would love to stay again during the summer months to truly enjoy the river!

Great stay in St. Charles

This wonderful house on the Fox River was a perfect visit for our extended family for Christmas. Rick was communicative and great to work with. Loved having two living areas for different groups to hang in to play games, watch movies, etc. The fire pit was great to use outside too! Thanks for everything!
