The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Combined with the full sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Paid street parking only. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

We picked this loft for the location and it did not disappoint! We felt very safe with the 2 coded entry. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was well stocked and clean.

Great location in historic district. Outdoor building lock was not in service so is just open, nowhere to hang clothes but I can find but other than that it was clean and in a great location. :)Only suggestion is to tone down the automated text messages before I even checked in, I had like six text messages to sift through. I would say keep it short and simple and maybe to three messages Max before checking in

Location, cleanliness, almost everything we needed. We were able to walk to many attractions/restaurants. Felt like it was a safe area. Parking signs not clear, I did get a ticket which I will contest.
Not comfortable beds, too much noice from upstairs floor, creaky floor. Good thing about the easy parking, check in easy.

Very clean and great location. Kitchen was fully stocked and had coffee (Thank You, needed the coffee). The only odd thing was the bathroom as it was off the master bedroom and as a little challenging for other guest to use at night. Overall great place, secure and safe.

Beautiful apartment in a neat old building close enough to the strand that we were able to walk. Far enough from the beach to not be “busy.” Loved hearing the church bells close by.

The location was ok but the main reason to stay somewhere is to get a good night of sleep. With that in mind, the bed was too hard, the floors squeaked so bad in that we had to use the smaller bed in the back because it was quieter than the one up against the hallway. Also the soap dispenser in the kitchen was broken and there was only one tiny piece of soap in the bathroom. And only one washcloth. As far as parking goes, it was very hit or miss. I will not recommend this place.
