Such an adorable place! Will definitely be back!! Perfect location and had such a fun time celebrating my best friend’s birthday! Thank you for your hospitality
What a great place! It's in a really good location, and was easy to access and extremely clean. The host was very communicative, which was so helpful and appreciated. The bathrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. If given the chance in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
Great location! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is huge and super cool. We loved everything about Jellyfish. There are a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. It is on The Strand so don’t go for peace and quiet.
Terrific property. Just be ready to listen to music from the bars till 2. You’ll hear every bottle tossed in a trash can on the street below. I didn’t mind, but this could be a deterrent if you’re sleep sensitive.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property!
Being located right on the Strand in the heart of the historic district does mean weekends can be lively, especially with nearby restaurants and bars. For many guests, that vibrant atmosphere is part of the charm of staying in this location, but we understand it may not be ideal for everyone — particularly light sleepers.
To help make stays more comfortable, we do provide complimentary earplugs for our guests. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to host you again in the future.
The host was very accommodating and the loft was amazing. Just note that you can hear the music and talking from the strand clearly up until early morning hours.
The loft was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Taryn has been easy to message and quickly answered all my questions. The location was perfect for us. We had no car, so it was easy to explore historic Galveston on foot.
Our second stay and it was as awesome as the 1st one!! Love the that you feel right at home the moment you walk in! The location even makes it more appealing!! Great Host! She always makes her self available! Can't wait to go back!!
My wife and I have stayed in a number of lifts in the Galveston Stand District and Jellyfish Lookout is our favorite. It's located on Strand Street which can get noisy on the weekends; however, the loft includes a white noise system and the primary bedroom is located toward the back of the unit and we had no difficulty in getting a good night's sleep. It's a great layout and the large windows provide perfect natural lighting to wake up to. The loft is thoughtfully decorated with a nice floorplan. The host was excellent and we plan to visit again
Location, location, location! This is a historic loft in a historic area on 'The Strand'. High ceilings, brick walls and the most beautiful, modern bathrooms we've seen. Walked everywhere...loved it!
Summer birthday quick trip! We had a blast on this trip. Perfect rental, perfect beds, perfect location! Excellent communication with the owner throughout the stay, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This is a great property and great communication with the host. You pay for parking and you have plenty of options so don’t let that keep you away from this great place
