Enjoy this luxurious, clean, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in the Aiken horse district. This comfortable home is close to downtown and all the popular horse venues: Within walking distance to Bruce's Field and Powderhouse Polo Field. Guests will be comforted with quality linens and fine furnishings, as well as all the conveniences of home. The fenced in private backyard and patio provide a lovely area to relax. It is a guest favorite on other platforms!

Guests will have use of the entire home during their stay. The property is in a fantastic location- easily accessible to all of Aiken. Nottingham Place is just a short distance from the historical Aiken Training Track, Powderhouse Polo Field, Citizens Park and Bruce's Field. Take a short drive around the corner to the Aiken Training Track to watch the race horses train and on to The Track Kitchen for breakfast. Quiet neighborhood is great for taking a morning walk. This spacious home has everything you need to have a memorable stay: hybrid mattresses for a great night sleep, large custom master shower to destress, 65" TV for watching your favorite shows after a fun day, a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy your favorite meal, and so much more...
