One bedroom studio locked off from the main house, located on the water in South Gulf Cove Florida. Our neighborhood is a bird sanctuary where you can enjoy the hot tub, kayaks, stand up paddle board, bbq grill, fire pit and fishing. Enjoy stunning sunrise and sunsets . We are only 5 miles from the bridge onto Gasparilla Island and the quaint town of Boca Grande. Experience the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Great place!

This place was perfect! Cute, clean, comfortable! So nice to have your own parking space just a few feet from the private entry! Great neighborhood and lots of little touches like soap, shampoo, towels (even beach towels), hair dryer, and snacks! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Artsy Beachy stay

Clean and updated nice attached appt to the main house. Just what we needed. The temp is not able to be maintained from inside the appt and the air flow of the air conditioner is not great. A fan was provided but a mini split would make this stay perfect.
