No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. This helps us keep the space clean and allergy-free for all our guests. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $175 additional cleaning fee and possible addition fees for any damage.

Condo was just as described. Clean, safe, convenient, quiet space for a lovely holiday. Clear communication from host throughout. Easy check-in and check-out.
The condo was very nice, clean. It was located near everything stores, restaurants and bars.The price was very reasonable and we'll definitely stay here again.
Great host! Maggie was great with communication and answering questions quickly. Great location in beautiful Punta Gorda Isles. Canal with dock in backyard, and access to Charlotte Harbor/Peace River. Spacious, well appointed condo with screened lanai.
I initially chose to book our stay here because of the outdoor seating area. I’m so glad we stayed here because that seating area is where we spent most of our time when we were there. The place was clean, felt spacious, and was in a great location, not being too far away from the downtown area. Will recommend this place to others in the future.

This property was exactly as advertised and was absolutely perfect for our stay. The property was lovely and coffee on the lanai every morning watching the fish jump in the water was everything I dreamed! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the area.
Other than a couple check in glitches the Condo was just as described. It has been remodeled somewhat and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean.
My husband and I came to Punta Gorda for some medical procedures I needed. When we had to stay longer for medical reasons, Maggie was very helpful. We truly appreciate all the help we got so we didn’t have to move. This is a great place close to anywhere you want to go in Punta Gorda. The neighborhood is great! Thank you so much for making our stay stress free!
Overall the stay was great. I come down to Florida to visit my son from time to time but sometimes he has to work so while he's working, I would like to enjoy being outside. Since this is by the water I was hoping to be able to sit close to it but unfortunatley the back area is sloped so there is no where to put a chair outside. That would be the only downfall. Otherwise the place was clean and very comfortable. Property manager/owner was very accommodating with an early check in. I would return.
This condo is amazing! It's located in a million dollar neighborhood - 1 mile away from Fisherman's Village. The spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances was ideal for cooking our meals. The large living / dining area was perfect for hosting small get-togethers with our family. The screened in porch with the comfortable couch offered incredible views of the sunrises on the canal. The two bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo; each has access to it's own updated bathroom. This would be great for two couples wanting to share the condo; the beds were just right to our liking. We really enjoyed the easy access to the washer and dryer located in the utility closet right off the first bathroom. The decor is so stylist and classy. There is absolutely no clutter! Maggie is the perfect hostess - quick to reply to questions and so attentive to our needs. If possible, we plan to return to this Comfy Condo in July. I highly recommend it.
