Situated in Seagrove Beach and only minutes from Seaside, this bright, 3-story townhome features tile and hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and two extended balconies for enjoying the Gulf Views! The first floor of the townhome offers a guest bedroom suite with a full-over-full bunk bed. This downstairs bedroom is accessed through the garage and also offers a bathroom and direct access to the gated community pool. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. You'll also find a twin bed in the sleeping nook on the third floor making this condo sleep 6 comfortably.
