Emerald Surf Villa 1B, " Beachin' " occupies the entire first floor of a three-floor building, giving it a "house-like" feel, with no neighbors on either side. It has windows all around, providing beautiful views of the Sugar Sand Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room is luxuriously furnished and beautifully upgraded and opens directly onto a wide, covered balcony with stunning beach views. The well-appointed kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. In the main living area, you'll find a comfortable sectional, with room for the entire family, and a large flat-screen T.V.



Just a few steps from the door is a glittering pool shared by only five units. A private walkway takes you over the dunes and to the beach. Enjoy shops and dining at nearby Seaside, WaterColor, and Rosemary Beach.
