2. A $300 security hold will be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
3. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
4. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings
5. NO PETS.
6. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!!
7. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST
8. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment)
9. ID verification after reservation
10. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing)

Cameras & Noise monitor devices: This device sends a notification when the level of noise is too high but It does not record voice or sound.

The property has active recording outdoor cameras that are located at the front door, on the backyard, and under the carport. These cameras are angled to only view the outside and never inside the house. In addition we have a noise monitor device in the living room that only monitors decibels that are passed a certain threshold.

This should not be on VRBO, we only stayed one night (was supposed to be a week) and moved.There was mold/mildew in the dishwasher and AC vent, smell throughout the house, and overall in very poor condition was very dirty.

Our investigation included a full walkthrough of the home, inspection of the dishwasher, HVAC vents, and surrounding areas referenced in the review. No mold or mildew was found in any area of the property, and the home was confirmed to be clean and in proper working condition. The property is professionally cleaned between every stay and regularly maintained to meet our standards for guest comfort. We regret that the guest chose to shorten their stay, however no concerns were reported to our team during the visit, which prevented us from addressing any perceived issues in real time. Our guest support team is available throughout every stay specifically so that concerns can be resolved quickly. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable experience for our guests and encourage anyone staying with us to contact us during their visit so we can assist immediately.
