This pleasant, first-floor cottage, located in picturesque Edisto Island, offers great amenities and the perfect home base for your next thrilling beach getaway.

Ideally located for fun and relaxation, you’ll find Public Beach Access, Edisto Beach State Park, and Edisto Island Serpentarium all within an eight-mile radius. Spend a day swimming, boating, lounging in the sugary sand, or interacting with exotic animals.

Inside this lovely retreat, you’ll feel right at home in the sun-filled, open-concept living area featuring a plush sofa, a large TV, and decor bursting with pops of color and coastal charm. Stream your favorite movies from bed or play card games at the dining table. A full kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need to create delicious meals or quick snacks. After a full day of adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any sandy gear, and kick back on the patio as the sun sets behind the swaying palms.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
