Outstanding experience - was 10 out of 10. House was exactly as advertised. No surprises/issues. Clean, comfortable. Also had lots of extras for an extended stay – napkins, paper towels, Ziploc, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Everything you would need in your own home. Quick and easy access to anything and everything. Jason the host was also outstanding – full communication, quick responsiveness.

Host was friendly with a quick response time. Good area and mostly quiet. Neighbor did give some weird looks but nothing on the host. I was happy that the internet was good (sometimes other places have terrible connect) and was happy all the TVs worked; connected and up to date is key! Thank you for the money well spent.

Clean. Conveniently located with easy access to airport. House is in a cul-de-sac with 3 others so minimal traffic near the home. Comfortable beds (3 king beds). Nice backyard area with barbeque grill. Good TVs throughout all rooms.Only downside is dated decor and limited drawer space in the bedrooms.

Short stay at a nice place

Jason (the host) has a very comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac that we enjoyed while staying in Las Vegas for NAB. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Las Vegas. With commutes of less than 20 minutes to almost all of the Strip or the west end of Las Vegas. Enjoy Jason's hospitatlity. DP

Excellent house and host

Lovely 3-bedroom home close to downtown attractions without being right in the middle of the bustle. Great outdoor area for visiting, so well appointed inside that it spoils us for other rentals! Jason (host) has everything plus extras provided and is incredibly responsive. The computer and work areas were an added bonus as I brought work with me to do between basketball games.

The host (Jason) was very great to work with. He’s very understanding. Jason responds very quickly. This place was awesome. Has everything we needed. Very spacious. Nice and clean. Very close to all the restaurants. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if we go to Vegas in the future. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with coffee and spices in the kitchen, a nice surprise for our short stay. Security light in one of the guest bedrooms was somewhat annoying, a black-out shade would help, but it wasn't the end of the world. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice backyard with BBQ area and things to do (balls, badminton net) although we did not have time to take advantage of them. Washer and dryer with laundry soap was a huge convenience as we were there for a hockey tournament and being able to wash sweaty uniforms in between games was appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Roomy, comfortable home; delivered as promised.

The home was as pictured but even better. Really clean and well-maintained. FULLY stocked kitchen including coffee and many spices. Toiletries in both baths and detergents for both dishwasher and laundry. Plenty of paper goods. We had 3 adults working remotely at times so the double desk in family room plus the one in MBR were great. The large living room was comfortable with a great TV. Nice quiet cul-de-sac street with parking for several cars. Easy drive to strip, outlets, airport. King beds and TVs in the 3 bedrooms. A great stay and we would definitely rent again.

Nice location.

Well supplied home. Nice location if you don’t want to stay on strip. You can see Vegas from backyard. Plus, loved being close to Red Rock.
