Gourmet kitchen is equipped with double ovens and there is a gas grill right outside on the front deck. Birdwatch or enjoy the dolphins frolicking from the living area or the back deck! Have a cocktail and watch some football at the lower porch bar, while the kids hang out in the bunk room. Meet new friends across the street at the Tiki Bar or launch your boat at the Marina. At sunset, grab a glass of wine from the bar inside, equipped with wine fridge and ice maker, and sit out on the deck for the show! Whether you’re visiting in warm or cold weather, walks on the white sand beach are just lovely. For those who may have ambulatory issues, this home is equipped with an elevator. The spaces inside are open concept and the master bathroom has grab bars. The downstairs area is also accessible, as well as the wooden path that leads out to the beach. Come enjoy our home as much as we do!

Absolutely perfect place to stay!! Stayed for 1 week with grandparents and kids. House was beautiful with everything you need! House was very clean and well maintained. Loved house being so close to the beach! Kids could run back and forth for potty breaks and snacks! Host was very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing Vacation

This is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about this house was great! The view was spectacular, We saw dolphin's every day and the beach is so close! Definitely will be going back!

Alligator Point Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Alligator Point. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay! Thank you for sharing your home.We enjoyed the white sand beach, kayaking in the bay (we rented from 21 Palms), Wakulla Springs, beautiful sunsets, and of course the fish dip from Mineral Springs!

Relaxing and enjoyed every minute of it!

Very clean and very detailed. Feels like being home, but with a great view! You can tell a lot of love and hard work has went into this property. Also having a tiki hut across the street was awesome! Great food and drinks!

Location

Perfect spot near end of point. Walk to great fishing, birding, and hunting for shells. So many dolphins! Well-stocked kitchen, great sunrise and sunset from deck. Helpful host.

Phenomenal Property

I stayed at the property with some friends for a short getaway. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had, and how stellar the property is. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the tools/utensils you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The views are incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back deck every evening and watching the sunset. We loved the property and will absolutely return the next time we come to the area.

Give me hope for VRBO

This experience really gave me some hope for future travels. We have had some horrible luck with vrbo rentals on the east coast. We had a hard time locating two properties close together that would fit our families and had a few disaster bookings prior to this one. But, right off the bat we knew things were going to be good with this property. The house didn't smell like many waterfront properties do. The inside was clean and FRESH. Right on the water with plenty of parking. There's a little bar/ food spot right across the way with a very chill vibe. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and even checked in with us on occasion. Our bed was SO comfortable and the sheets were soft & clean! They had everything in the kitchen we needed. Plenty of Pots and pans of all sizes- with lids, measuring cups/ spoons, openers etc. The water from the fridge tasted pure/ clean- not the normal ocean side tap taste. Plenty of toys for the kids and instructions for the AC usage/ lights/ TV's etc was clearly labeled and explained. We did not try the elevator, but would have been good to know about prior- my sister had a broken leg. She made it up the stairs and hung out in the nicely cooled house for the trip to keep water and sand out of her cast. So may be a good thing to know if you have family with disabilities etc. I would ABSOLUTELY book this property again. This trip was what my daughter wanted for her birthday and it was A+ amazing. Very thankful!
