AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

BOAT SLIP INFORMATION:
One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived in Key West and the air temp was in the low 60's with strong winds that made it feel like it was in the 40's. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was a very good location, central to a lot of activities. Plan to get up for a beautiful sunrise. We did not venture out on the docks till the last day and found a manatee cruising around. To cool for the pool but it looked inviting.

One of the nicest places we stayed at in the 3 years we have been traveling since we retired. Clean, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and things to see and do, well supplied, comfy/cozy. The harbor was nice & communication was great. On our list for next year.

The one major comaplaint was that the TV in the main room could not stay connected to the internet for streaming. At the end of a long day we were looking forward to sitting down and watching the news. This was very frustrating and I spent several hrs following staff instructions. Maintenance did show up twice but could not fix the problem.

Pelican Landing was centrally located on island, close to everything. Units balconies face pool and marina. Short golfcart ride to Duval Street and restaurants on water. Property maintenance guy was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful property, hung out on the deck every morning watching the sunrise! We went swimming in the pool each morning, we used the cooking grills down at the pool to cook our evening meals as well as our breakfast!! Surprisingly there was no spices tin foil or sheet pans. Another trip to the grocery store took care of that. Ran out of toilet paper as well. Overall very satisfied and will book again!

Key West getaway at pelican landing

The rental was reserved pretty easily. The place nice just had sand on the forts from entrance. My daughters feet were black in the bottom in 5 minutes and there was no broom to sweep the floors. Other than that it was a great role spent with family. I’lI recommend this place to someone else!

Very comfortable accommodations w/everything we needed (except games!). However needs a more vigilant pest control program (why 4 stars). Killed roaches in 3 rooms; living room, kitchen, 2nd bedroom. Liked the setting overlooking the Harbor & the secret staircase to the pool was a nice surprise. Mac’s Place just next door was handy for a bfast meal but their live entertainment was unavoidable for hours, although buttoned up inside reduced the sound nicely. Easy ride into Old Town & Seaport area. Transportation definitely needed in this location because of limited walkable amenities.

Pelican Landing Condo

This is a great place to stay. Close to Duval. Bike rentals there and the bike company will also deliver bikes to you. For golf carts and scooters, it is probably less than a mile to pick up those items. The property has nice amenities and is overlooking the marina and water. We enjoyed watching boats in and out. There is a bar next door serving bar food. Food is good. Also serve beer and wine but not liquor. Also has music there.

I WISH I could give a great review but I cannot!

I really wish I could have given a better review but due to all of the issues I feel this is accurate.1) we were offered a cooler of drinks from a prior guest who was checking out and then accused of stealing by KWVP and treated very poorly even when we explained it was a misunderstanding and we would return the cooler or pay for it. ( WE DID RETURN IT)2) the floors were so incredibly dirty and there was no broom or mop to use. We had to wash our (black) feet prior to going to bed because they were so dirty.We also had to kill a few cockroaches.3) it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep!!! There was so much noise at ALL hours of the night from garbage trucks, elevator motor, people singing on the steps, roosters, emergency vehicles etc.4) when speaking to your staff I was not only accused of stealing and lying but told I was "wasting their time" and then hung up on.I am very disappointed as we have a place on BIG Pine Key but had brought friends to Kew West for their first time and this was not a great experience. 5) SOMEONE ENTERED OUR ROOM AND LEFT IT UNLOCKED ALL DAY!!Then when I asked about it I was brushed off and told "nobody entered, must have been your party" only to later admit it was your fault you forgot and the place was sprayed by Terminex who "forgot to lock up"THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!We stay 3-4 months a year in the keys and use rental agencies but I don't think I am interested in returning due to the way we were treated. The property is well maintained and comfortable with a very lovely view of the marina. It is about a mile away from the main commercial corridor of Duval St so would recommend a golf cart (what we did) or getting a car/taxi to get there.
