PLEASE BE AWARE:
This community is currently undergoing balcony repair property-wide potentially through May 2026. A 12 person crew will be working section-by-section from 8am-6pm, 5 days a week, and Saturdays will be weather make-up days as-needed. Please understand there will most likely be some amount of noise heard throughout the community. This unit's balcony repair is currently scheduled for 4/10-6/3 and the noise will be significant when they are working on the unit. The construction dates are subject to change depending on how the project progresses. Our rentals have been priced to offset noise issues or any other inconvenience due to the construction project.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This home offers a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request and its own bathroom directly across the hall. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Start your stay on the island in this newly renovated, family friendly 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (elevator access to 2nd floor). A spacious open kitchen with an abundant selection of kitchen supplies to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces.  You and your family or friends can all dine together at the 6 person dining room table (with additional bar top seating) or you may want to enjoy the fresh air as you sit on the balcony's patio table.  You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room from the couch or love seat.  Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim laps in the large heated, salt water community pool which overlooks the ocean with a community grill and fitness center nearby. The unit also comes with a pickle ball set as well as tennis rackets. Small beach area or walk to one of two nearby beaches, Higgs or Smathers (just a short 2 minute walk!). Bring your rackets and tennis balls to take advantage of the onsite tennis courts.  

PARKING...
Enjoy one covered parking space in the garage (larger SUV's may not fit). Plenty of additional parking available in the open lots in front of the units at no additional cost.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
