Welcome to our stylish, minimalist modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite! Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our private suite is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Sandy Utah. Located in the heart of Sandy, our suite is just a short distance away from a range of local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a inviting living area, featuring minimalist decor and modern furnishings. Kick back and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. The cute living space provides a comfortable and inviting space to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. The convenient kitchenette boasts a microwave, cooktop, and refrigerator, along with other essentials. Enjoy your meals at the stylish dining table, which seats four comfortably.

Both bedrooms in our suite feature comfortable queen-sized beds with comfortable linens and minimalist decor, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere to help you get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is sleek and modern, with a remodeled shower/tub combo and plenty of fluffy towels.

We understand the importance of storage space, which is why we've provided a large closet in each bedroom as well as additional storage space throughout the suite.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible, which is why we've provided a range of amenities to make your stay extra special. These include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during the warmer months.

Privacy is essential while you're traveling. We understand this and offer a convenient self check in with digital keypad that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are local and always available for anything you might need as well.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Weekend get away

The house was a beautiful basement. It lacks a proper kitchen and a few kitchen utilities such as a toaster and kitchen rags. It is a basement we weren't prepared for the amount of noise that we would hear upstairs especially during nap time in the afternoon there was construction going on. Other than that it was a great stay.

First the location is absolutely perfect .. shopping, food, and super easy to get in and out. The views are incredible sitting at the foothills …The bed was comfortable so I was able to get a good nights sleep. Amanda was always quick to respond whoever I had questions, whats more to say? I will go back when I’m ever in the area.

This is not what VRBO advertises you will get from their properties. You are staying in the basement of a house and the family lives upstairs. When they get up you will get up. They have two very cute kids but they are not quiet and the floors are not insulated. You have no control over the temperature in the rooms. The family upstairs is in control of heating/cooling. You have zero control of the thermostat. There is one space heater and one fan provided. The listing says there is a toaster, hairdryer and a fireplace, we could find none of those. The space is quite well done and it is clean. I think if you expect the family upstairs to be loud and know you cannot adjust the temperature, maybe it will work for you. We will find a different place to stay next time in town.
