Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Reviewer Comments: We really liked the property's location.It was close to downtown and several places to eat.For the price, the condition of the property was lacking. The pool was being worked on when we arrived even though we arrived after our rental start. It took several days to get the pool and heater working. In addition, there was water damage in the house that we were not made aware prior to our arrival.The biggest complaint was the shelter and deck on the canal. It was damaged and we were directed not to use it after we arrived. This was a big selling point on the rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great, but the owners need to invest in maintenance. Pool has huge chips in pool finish, spiral staircase is cracked, deck boards on deck /dock are completely loose, there is a huge anchor near the dock that is rusting away...looks cool but the sharp edges protruding at toe level is very dangerous. We had AC issues and Ant / Roach issues....The property management company was prompt and helpful in remedying the AC and bug issues. I stayed in this home about 10 years ago and had some great expectations as the way I remembered it....I don't think they have fixed or done anything in 10 years.

Our only complaints were the master bath toilet wasn't working properly and there were bugs on the first level. An exterminator visited the house and took care of the bugs, but would have been nice if that was done before our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying....We really enjoyed our trip. The property is in a great location and was very spacious. This is a dream home for me. With that being said here are some of the home issues we had on our trip. The inside of the property was fairly clean. The interior/bedding of the property is dated and worn. The property needs some maintenance as there is several places inside the residence where there is water damage/stains on sheet rock. There was one large area in the kitchen above the sink where sheet rock was actually falling in small pieces and sheet rock tape was hanging down. We came home two different times to find water on the floor of the kitchen. Property management was made aware but advised it was a ongoing issue and they would send someone to look. The dishwasher in the kitchen did not work. Property manager said this would be replaced as we arrived but was never done. The bottom of the gas grill at the residence was completely rusted out but was replaced after 5 days. The TV located downstairs did not work and was replaced after about 10 days. There was not a working vacuum cleaner but one was dropped off after requesting it. There was not a working water hose on the property so we purchased one to use. The outside of the property was not as maintained as well as you would hope. All the grass in the front yard was dead. The lot next door where we docked boats was grown up waste high. There was no pool net to clean out falling leaves and random debris between pool guy visits. I informed management of this as well but never got one.With all this being said I would still recommend the property due to the size and location with boat access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to the Keys for years always looking for the best experience and facility for the time we have there usually 2 to 4 weeks. Becky and her office seem to care if we are having a good time and rental experience I do not think we could do better with anyone else. The house is getting in poor shape though it needs some major repair work. This was our 3rd year in this house and the storm last year seems to have taken its toll on the roof and kitchen/living area. We love to give repeat business to our friends so we are hoping repairs are made soon.
