This recently renovated rental, within a 10-minute walk of historic Park Circle, is situated in the acclaimed "Brooklyn of South Carolina." Park Circle features renowned dining, wine bars, breweries, unique retail, and abundant green spaces.

Centrally located in the Charleston region, the house offers easy access to the main highway, airport, downtown, and beaches.



The Space:

Two bedrooms with queen beds and a recently added sofa bed, each boasting a private full bath. Easy check-in via the front door keypad. All beds come with mattresses and pillows, and we supply clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



The fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, range, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools. A washer and dryer with detergent are available in the laundry room.

The Neighborhood:

Park Circle is a trendy area which features endless restaurants, breweries, wine bars and antique and vintage shops. Named "Best Old-House Neighborhood" by This Old House Magazine! This diverse neighborhood is home to James Beard Award nominated restaurant Jack Rabbit Filly as well as Stems and Skins. You can easily spend all day exploring the eclectic food options but the retail is remarkable as well. Walk over to explore the vintage goods at The Station or stop into Roadside Blooms for an arrangement and a gift for home.



Not to play second fiddle, there is plenty of recreational and green space, including a disc golf course down the street! Less than a mile away is Riverfront Park, where both Charleston Wine + Food and Highwater Music festival host their annual events.



With Park Circle being centrally located in the Charleston area, you can get to anywhere easily. Business travelers have fast access to SPAWAR, Boeing and Volvo and vacationers have a straight shot downtown and off to the beautiful beaches.



Getting Around:

Park Circle is completely walkable but if you in need of exploring, downtown Charleston is a short 10 minute drive and the beaches are only 15/20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

This home is a hidden Gem!



Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
