Enjoyed the stay and this home. Neighborhood was quiet, and I was comfortable walking my dog early in the morning and evenings. Not too far from everywhere that I wanted to visit. If ever back in Charleston again, I would definitely stay here again.

Six of us slept easily in this well appointed 3 bedroom house. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make some of our meals at home. The house was in a very quaint neighborhood and centrally located for our purposes. The host was quick to respond, but we didn’t have any concerns at all while staying at going coastal.

Great family trip

The house was beautiful and the location perfect for our needs. The park circle area was phenomenal too and my daughter could have played at that huge new park our entire stay. But it was also a short drive to Folly beach and dt Charleston. Communication with David was always fast and easy. Hope we have a chance to stay again in the future!

Great House

The house was adorable! Even cuter in person than online. And when a storm caused some issues with the HVAC system, the owner was quick to respond and get someone out to the house ASAP to fix the issue. He had great communication and was extremely helpful! Would definitely stay here again! PERFECT location for the High Water Music Festival!

I gave 4 starts to the accuracy of the online listing. Everything was pretty accurate but when you see the house in person, you will realize the pics in the listing doesn't do this house justice. The place is very cozy and quaint. The decor is perfect for the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and you will feel safe. Thanks again for The comfortable stay.

Nice house that was close to family for the holiday! Appreciate the air purifiers in each room. Bare minimum essentials could have been better for the overall cost. the dryer and backyard light didn’t seem to work. Cleanliness wasn’t excellent- floors were dirty, airfryer was disgusting, gross dog chew under the coffee table found. Overall, it worked but improvements are needed.

Park Circle is the perfect combination of quiet residences, night life, and access to downtown Charleston and local beaches. We regularly walk to the many local parks and restaurants, and Uber downtown to get dinner at times. Our neighbors take good care of their houses and properties, providing an abundance of flowers and trees that are highlights of Charleston.
