Here you can relax and enjoy a comfortable space for your next getaway. Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located condo less than 20 mins from the airport and Busch Gardens. This condo has everything you need to enjoy a cozy stay from a stocked coffee bar to the community pool and fitness area steps away from this ground level unit. Travel workers, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy as well. The nearest hospital is 10 mins away. Please review the guestbook upon your arrival that’s located on the coffee table. Pets are welcome BUT NOT ON ANY FURNITURE PLEASE!!! For stays longer than 30 days, the HOA requests a tenant/rental lease agreement which I already have if needed.

Great host!

We had to have an extended stay and they graciously let us use their condo. Mallory was quick to respond and kept in great contact us. We left some items behind by accident and we were able to retrieve them, no issue.

Safe community

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and neat, host very accessible . Apartment was 3 miles from the Upper Tampa bike trail, which we rode our bikes on several days of our stay! We had our dog Bailey, she enjoyed her 3-4 walks around the complex We had the pool to ourselves most days. We enjoyed the Ethiopian and Greek restaurants nearby. Several stores, Aldi, Costco, Walmart close by. Dog Beach about 30 minutes away! We would definitely book again!

The main criteria that led me to this condo was to be close enough to the airport attractions, and local stores and I got just that! The neighborhood is gated and very comfortable.
