The location was perfect right next to so many different. The house had many parking spaces, which was great for the area we were in. The living room was spacious and lots of seating for family game night.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, convenient parking, and spacious living room. It’s great to hear the space worked well for family game night and making memories together. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!
We had a nice stay. It’s not the hosts fault but there was a lot of construction across the street. So if you were planning on sleeping on I’d bring ear plugs. The one shower was initially kind of annoying but we figured it out. It is walking distance from Santana Row and the Mall. And I did get delicious donuts almost every day at Johnny Donuts. There are also a few bars that are walking distance. You really can’t beat the location.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you were still able to enjoy your stay and everything the neighborhood has to offer.
Solid spot - about as close to Santana Row as it gets without being literally on top of it.Owner was quick to respond to any issues.

This place is a dump; very unloved to put it mildly. The internet connection was terrible and made it impossible to work from home. There are no instructions in the house with the connection information, which most rentals provide. Sheer drapes in the front room, broken and ill fitting mini blinds in the other rooms. Front room smelled like pet urine. Many of the towels were either stained or unwashed. Maybe they gave us a bag of unwashed towels accidentally. Shower wall had what appeared to be a streak of blood, which I washed off. Please read all the poor reviews so you know what you are getting into. The one good thing about the house is that the air conditioning works well, which was a surprise. The host was nice and for the most part, quick to reply. I would never stay here again, nor would I stay at any of their rentals. You get what you pay for.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that the Wi-Fi was a significant issue during your stay. At the time, we were experiencing ongoing connectivity problems with Verizon. We made every effort to help troubleshoot the issue and even purchased a portable hotspot, which unfortunately was also affected by poor Verizon coverage in the area. We have since switched our internet service to Xfinity, and the connection has improved significantly.
We were surprised to read the additional concerns regarding cleanliness, towels, blinds, and odor, as none of these issues were brought to our attention during the stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent our cleaning or maintenance team to address them.
We take guest concerns seriously and always appreciate being given the opportunity to resolve issues while a guest is still at the property.
Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. On the down side, the wi-fi was terrible (don’t rely on working from there), the house is in a poor condition (for example, the kitchen faucet was really hard to swivel and it was leaking), and we had to wait for more than 45 minutes after the checking time because the cleaning crew was not ready.
My husband and I stayed here with a portion of our bridal party for our wedding weekend and it was perfect. Check in and out were SO easy. All the beds were comfortable. Our dogs and nephew loved the yard. AND, the hosts were amazing. They responded quickly and made any accommodations they could manage. They even left my husband and I a gift as a congratulations for our marriage. 1000% recommend this stay.
Good amount of space, well stocked kitchen/bathroom/bedroom, very convenient location for shopping at Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair, great amount of parking, easy to get in and out of the home, and beds are very comfortable. The home has a very strange and strong odor to it which was hard to get over, and the bathroom is not the most clean. The house is on the older side too. Overall, worked for our stay but isn’t the best option out there for the price.
This guy advertised his home as having a hot tub, then said it was jacuzzi jets in the bathtub, and when the photo didn’t show jets then said oops he just got mixed up. The house is infested with spiders and termites, the doors are rusted shut, there are no smoke alarms (they’re removed and pieces are hanging), the tv is hanging on 2 nails, the sliding glass door is broken, there’s a filthy mattress blocking the door, there are missing planks in the fence (so no way my dog is safe), there is outdoor plugs throughout the house, the ceiling is caving in, and there is dog feces stains and smell throughout the house. I’ll be checking to ensure my post does not get deleted. None of this matters since the city posted a sign declaring the home at for demolition that the owner tried to remove but most of it is still there.
