Quiet cul-de-sac of multi-acre treed properties. Property backs onto the Trans Canada Trail which takes you to nearby Kinsol Trestle. The trail is great for walking or biking and provides great access points near the trestle for a nice dip in the river.

Unless this is a stop along your hiking/biking TCT journey, you will need a car to get around.
1) No smoking anything inside or on the covered deck. Smoking is permitted on both outer uncovered decks, and the front porch. Please use an ashtray. Leave ashtrays for owner to empty. Do not empty ashtrays into garbage's. Vaping is permitted on the covered deck.

2) Must get prior approval for more than 4 guests.

3) Events need prior approval.

4) Commercial photography and filming needs prior approval.

5) If it hasn't been covered, or you're not sure, just ask!

Loved it! A beautiful home in an amazing area!

We had a week of carefree living at the Liniai house. Hosts thought of just about everything. This is one the best set up and out fitted rentals I've ever been in.
