Fully furnished, luxury Condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10.
Unit is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 full bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city.
In addition to the two full bedrooms, the unit is equipped with two queen sized sofa sleepers.

This is a great place to stay! The parking was very easy and convenient! It was a short walk to the places we went in New Orleans! The check in process was very easy! Everything was awesome!
The location was perfect. Walking distance to the WWII museum, multiple eateries, groceries, coffee. Easy access to the interstate. Short drive to French Quarter. Clean facility with secured onsite parking. Jason was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay again upon returning to NOLA.
Good location. Near street car lines, near French Quarter. Free parking, but we didn’t need a car. Host quick to respond to questions. 6th floor suite was fantastic. Great views, quiet.
Location wss essy to get to. Parking was easy and secure. Great location to walk to all down town attractions. Rooms were great. Down fall was the smell of the place was hard to deal with. Either damp/mildew or has been smoked in regularly.
The condo was very nice. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the garden district and the French Quarter. The warehouse/arts district, where the condo is located has excellent restaurants and galleries. Parking was provided. We would stay here again.
The condo was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to the WWII museum and also the trolley line. There was secure on-site parking and the building had a secure entrance.
This property was great! I loved the added security of badging in. The neighborhood was quiet and it was located within walking distance of so many attractions. The property manager was super helpful and super responsive! Would stay here again!
The location and host response time were both great. All beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa sleeper - perhaps better for small children but not adults.A few issues that were in the host's control were:- one side of the kitchen sink was not working; a sign was taped over it- the faucet in the master bath sink was not working properly so no hot water was availableOne issue not necessarily in host's control was that a neighboring unit did not adhere to the non-smoking policy and the smell of cigarette / cigar smoke permeated into our condo. The second night was a little better after the host said he reiterated the policy with all renters.
I stayed at this condo for 18 days and had a fantastic experience. The location in the Central Business District is unbeatable—walking distance to just about everything, with tons of great food options nearby. If you don’t feel like walking, Ubers are quick and easy from this spot. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in New Orleans! Jason Rocks
The place was very clean and more spacious than what the pictures had showed. I felt incredibly safety as well. The walks to the Superdome, Bourbon St., and other nearby places were very manageable, even if you’re not a walker. I would absolutely stay here again!
this place was a mixed bag. for the good: it’s spacious, in a great location, decently priced and the checkout process was super easy. onsite parking is a nice perk. the bed was comfortable. the host was pretty responsive to texts. the shower and bed were good.for the not so good: the hallway smelled strongly of smoke and the place is not in great condition inside (some stains in the carpet, a table with spray paint (?) stains, some oldish appliances,etc). we found a dirty tissue and a sock in the couch/behind the dresser. we asked the host about it and he said that the cleaners were not going to be able to get everything. he was a bit short. i asked him to send the cleaners to grab the sock and issue, and he said they would, but then they didn’t come without explanation. i asked again, and they came, but didn’t pick up the sock. i know the cleaners are not the owners fault, but his initial reaction (basically, “the cleaners can’t get everything, so lower your expectations”) was off putting.
