This 1,600 Sq. foot condominium was newly built in 2023. Featuring only luxurious finishes from floor to ceiling - enjoy 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Private dock out the back of the property or walk 2 blocks to the sandy beaches of Ocean City or take the family for some fun on the world famous Boardwalk. Can also rent a slip during your stay up to 22' boat.
Your cleaning fee includes full linen package. Rents to 25 years or older.
The Space:
Brand New Construction on 15th Street located on fisherman's creek.
This unit does not rent to under 25 years of age.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package. All you need to bring is beach towels.
Walking distance to the White Marlin Open and Harbour Island - 2 blocks.
The canal front unit features 2 parking spots, full laundry room and luxury finishes.
Boats up to 21' can get a slip for $200 per stay. Just inform the host at confirmation you want a slip to confirm availability.
This is a 1st floor unit.

Full kitchen - keurig coffee maker.
