My family used to come to this particular complex for vacation every year when I was a child, so we were excited to come back 10 years later! Our stay was perfect and our host was kind and communicative. Check in was easy. Nothing beats the views from this place! We can’t wait to return next year!

This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were told the condo was clean and we could check in early, but when we arrived it was not clean (we arrived an hour early), so called Larry to tell him and let him know fire alarm was going off, and went to the boardwalk for an hour. It was clean when we came back, but fire alarm was still going (they left us batteries). Other than that It was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view!!!

Great view and location

The condo was great! It is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view from the balcony sold us when deciding where to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk, but still quiet as it is bayside. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This condo was everything described and more! My husband and I, our two children, and my parents stayed here last week and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The condo was clean and spacious, and the sunset views off the huge balcony were breathtaking. I could happily have spent our entire vacation on that balcony! Communication was super easy as were check in and check out. We’ll be back next year for sure!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and there was a lot of space inside the condo. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed fishing nearby and riding bike bayside and on the boardwalk.

Mother's Day Long Weekend

We were very pleasantly surprised by this rental. I personally loved the decor. Everything was clean and in working order. The place was spacious and provided easy access to the boardwalk. The views off of the porch were stunning. Larry was also very helpful when needed. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Ocean City Getaway

Great weekend getaway in Ocean City! Larry’s condo is right on the bay on the top floor with a beautiful balcony and unbelievable views of the bay and the mainland. The condo is clean with more than enough room to accommodate the 10 people in our party. there is a large kitchen with Appliances and kitchen where that you would need. Large living room with a big screen TV and a fireplace all bedrooms with a television inside to allow privacy for anyone in the party. Great artwork decorated the walls. Short walk to the Ocean City Boardwalk and everything that that has to offer. Overall, a great stay would definitely rent again.

A Gem by the Bay

The minute we stepped into the apartment we felt we were in a lovely home. The furnishings and decor were amazing. Everything was clean, freshly painted and in wonderful condition. We especially loved the comfy chairs on the balcony on the bay and the stunning views of the bay from the living room and master bedroom. The beds were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fine art (32 paintings) displayed in every room. This is such a great value. Will definitely come back again.

Perfect for a family meet-up!

We booked this property as a "middle ground" place for our families to meet and we couldn't be happier with the decision! It was a perfect location - private and secure on the water, within walking distance of the beach! The owner was clear in his instructions and responsive to messaging if needed. As a heads up, the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom so when that family went to bed, it was off-limits, but we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and everything went smoothly. Many thanks for sharing your space with us!

My Birthday getaway

This place was amazing far more than I expected very neat and clean, very roomie me and my Family enjoyed our stay everyone had there own bed everyone was comfortable, it was very peaceful and so relaxing!!! We honestly tried to extend are stay but it was too late someone had already booked. Everything is right there easy access to the beach and boardwalk!! I celebrated my birthday at Seacrets restaurant which is literally 6 mins away by car, it was an awesome and much needed vacation, Mr. Larry was so nice and accessible and easy to reach, but everything was great so we did not have to contact him, the kitchen is well equipped for any meal you wish to prepare. I definitely look forward to renting this property again!! Thanks again for an awesome stay!!

Wonderful early autumn visit

Our family group thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this large, comfortable condo. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the only disappointment we had was not having a cart or hotel valet type rack in the complex to haul our belongings upstairs. You might want to keep that in mind when packing or use carriers with wheels. There is a loading zone near the elevator entrance that was very helpful. The keyless entry was very convenient and there's a deadbolt to use for safety. The condo is very tastefully decorated with a lot of art work and we found the beds and furniture to be very comfortable. All the bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very roomy, especially the huge master bath! The balcony is also very large and the padded wicker furniture was perfect for sitting and watching the action on the bay and we got to enjoy a couple of beautiful sunsets. You have to bring all supplies like paper products, detergents, soaps, etc. A large Food Lion supermarket is only about a 10 minute drive away, off of Route 50 The condo complex was very quiet, in an equally quiet residential area but we were only a couple of blocks off the main highway, so we had the best of both. Our visit was much too short but we hope to have the opportunity to visit again and we would highly recommend this comfortable, well-located property!
