minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* Pool entry with red access key card only. You can find the key card in the kitchen drawer. (Key is photographed before each check in) please Keep the card in a safe with you and do not pass it to other people. Please make sure to return the key card to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.

*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

Me and my husband had a wonderful time. Very clean, very quiet. Had everything we needed the owner was absolutely wonderful. Lewis was on the interstate, but can let me do it again next year.

Very close to all the major attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Enjoyed the time here with my granddaughters and Boston terrier. Very clean and quiet was a fun time.

Check in/out was easy. The host was nice and responsive. The area was great since we were golfing the 2 courses next door. The overall apartment worked but is showing it's age. Floors were soft in spots, master bed mattress turns into a taco when you lay in it and needs replaced. Kitchen barely had any utensils, pots, or pans. Overall it met our needs and was comfortable. We bought Costco pre-made meals vs cooking. Pool was nice. Not sure if I would use these apartments again just because of the age.

Home for a While

This was business/leisure travel. The property was exactly as described, and exactly what we needed. Check-in and checkout was simple. During the check-in and checkout process I made note of the minor things that I felt should be brought to the manager's attention and she both promptly acknowledged and appreciated that. If you are traveling to the area, I would highly recommend this convenient, yet quietly tucked away location.

Perfect Location

Can’t beat location for golf, beach and shopping! Condo was very clean and owner let us in unit an hour ahead. Our only concern was the lack of kitchen essentials, it was bare bones. Also, listing said one king bed when in fact both beds were doubles. I think the listing should also state that pool deck is closed, we were not aware and temperatures were well above average, it would have been nice to lounge at pool.

Surprised.

It’s a newer building but has serious maintenance issues. Front door lock didn’t work. Had to crawl in and out of window to lock property. Exposed electrical box in closet of bedroom. No cover on high power electrical circuit breaker box. Maintenance manager was intrusive and creepy. Cameras everywhere manager spied on everyone. Extremely rude neighbors and drains are all slow. Too bad because it’s a beautiful property. Pool was absolutely filthy and I ended up cleaning it myself so my kids could swim. Predator manager didn’t fix anything all he did was spy on people. Major creepiness factor. Worst Vrbo experience to date. I’ll still use Vrbo but not going back to that location. Also I received no instructions on how to access property- I had to call and call and call just to find out which unit we were staying in and to get access. Also locks on interior doors are stuck and dont work properly. There’s also structural damage to the actual exterior building with unsafe steps to the second and third stories. Again the property is beautiful but not maintained well. I appreciate that it’s a challenge to maintain with high traffic but this place is very new and should be better maintained. Very few dishes to use and no dish soap or anything like that. Not a big deal because I’m always prepared. For some would be a real hassle. Price was great but I was frustrated by the front door not working and the weird property management.

All was ok

Everything was accurate to the listing. But all is VERY basic. VERY. Could use with an upgrade to the towels — very thin and worn — and a few more basic kitchen items. Minimum needed to be a rental property. Just a little bit more to make it comfy would go a long way — paint a wall a color, add an area rug in the living area, decent towels, better flatware, an extra blanket in each bedroom — a few little touches would go a long way!

Condo is spacious and comfortable.

Condo location is great with many entertainment options nearby. Shopping centers and restaurants are also close by. Condo was nice but had several issues: Ice maker in fridge does not work, fan in master bath does not work, no lever to open blinds at master bedroom window, and television in master bedroom needs instructions to operate.

Myrtle Beach Vaca

Overall my stay was nice my kids had a lovely time my spouse was surprised. I wouldn’t mind staying there again thank you to Emily who is the property owner. Five minutes away from the beach very nice area.
