Beautiful comfortable condo. Open space with a balcony and beautiful view.

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club

*just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*2 Queen beds .

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pond view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Great stay! Location was perfect for all of the areas we wanted to visit. The apartment was very nice and well outfitted for all of our needs. Very clean and well maintained apartment in a nice complex with onsite security which was comforting. Communication from the host was perfect with all necessary information given ahead of time. We will definitely book again without question.

We were in town for the World Am golf tournament. 2 of us shared the condo and it was perfect. Great location...very close to Broadway at the Beach and the convention center. Really liked that both bedrooms has queen beds and each bathroom has walk in showers. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again next year.

The facility was clean but the supplies were the minimal amount feasible. Four thin bath towels for the entire two-bedroom condo, one bath mat for the two bathrooms, eight hangers total in the whole place.

Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We didn't need anything else but I could tell by the communication with the host, if we needed anything they would have been on it.

We were pleasantly surprised to say that this rental matched the pictures and expectations. The property manager worked with us with ease of communication and was a huge help considering it was the holidays. Plan to rebook for next year!

Easy access to all areas in Myrtle Beach! Quiet location and loved the pool! Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms! AC didn’t work the first day but it was quickly fixed. Would love to stay here again!!

Mopars @ the Beach '23 car show

Stayed from Monday to Monday with a friend for a week-long car show. Condo is in a great location because the show is just a couple of miles away on 17. Very nice interior, beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. I will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Excellent clean apartment

We absolutely loved our stay. Very clean. Nice big living room, beautiful pond view balcony, large TVs in all rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with starter items. Being right by broadway at the beach is a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment and location

The apartment was large and clean. Both bedrooms were spacious. However, the mattresses weren’t comfortable and need replacing. We didn’t sleep well at all. But overall we enjoyed our stay. I would give 5 stars even with it being on the third floor if not for the mattresses.

Poor communication with owner/aka management company. Inquired about an early check in (2-3p) if possible. We were asked to txt when we were closer to arrival to find out if unit ready. We txt ETA when we were 40 mins out and response was “thanks for update”. No indication as to whether we could access unit. Therefore we waited until after 4p. Upon arrival to apartment complex access to the property was denied due to paving company laying new asphalt. Told by worker we would have to find somewhere else to park and walk/carry our luggage, dog bed, cooler and other belongings onto the property, approximately 100 yards. We are senior citizens and one has difficulty walking. It was a hardship. Reached out to “Ms Weizman” and requested she call me. She declined calling me and insisted on communicating through VRBO app. I messaged the problem re: acces and asked why were we not advised? Her response was “ I was not aware of it, give me a moment to Check”. I waited a reasonable amount of time and did not get a response. I messaged again and was told “ … I apologize about not letting you know, we have about 50 properties we manage at this area and none of the other guests complained …as they all add access to the unit, but if you don't feel comfortable and you would like to cancel the reservation, I will issue you a full refund”. After 6pm, on the eve of a holiday w dog Where does one go? HOA posted signs on buildings re:project. If you 50 units you should know
