Welcome to Mockerman Southern Command! We are so excited to have you as our guest in this fully equipped, clean and comfortable condo which is sure to have everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable Keys vacation! Indulge yourself in the resort like ambiance Ocean Pointe has to offer and take advantage of the outstanding location to all of the incredible activities to be found in the beautiful Florida Keys! We strive to make this the perfect home away from home for your vacation!
This 2 bedroom apartment has a king size bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bathroom has a shower with a jacuzzi tub and the guest bathroom also has a tub with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and the spacious and comfortable living room has a sofa, large flat screen television with cable television and free wi-fi. Plenty of beach towels provided, pack-n-play and air mattress stored in the master closet.
Ocean Pointe features a stunning marina, beautiful beach and observation pier. Relax poolside in the Olympic size pool with jacuzzi and for all the athletic types, tennis and pickle ball courts are available for your enjoyment.


If you plan on bringing a boat reservations are required through the Marina. Contact information for the Marina can't be shared until/unless a reservation for the property is made. Marina reservation requests are reviewed and processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Current Rates
Wet Slip: $4/per foot, per night includes trailer parking and launch priveleges
Dry Parking: $50 per night includes launch privileges only. The boat may not remain in the water overnight, and the ramp cannot be obstructed for more than 15 minutes during launch or recovery. Holiday rates are $5/foot wet and $65/ dry

Vessels 23 feet and under: Reservations confirmed no more than 4 weeks before arrival
Vessels over 23.1 feet: Reservations confirmed no more than 2 weeks before arrival

You will need boat and trailer registration, Insurance ($300,000 bodily injury & $100,000 property damage.
