The space
Clean and cozy duplex-up unit decorated in neutral decor. There is a full kitchen/dining area, washer/dryer, living room on the entry-level floor. The top level is an extra large suite that can become 2 separate spaces with the use of privacy divider. A full bath with a stand up shower is also located on the top level.
Sleeping arrangements are 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds on 2nd floor and a large Pottery Barn sleeping couch with linens provided for sleeping and to cover couch on the 1st floor
The lower level and garage are used by our very friendly tenants and are not to be accessed by guests.

All 3 levels. The locked closets can not be accessed.
No smoking or vaping inside, outside or within 15 feet of entry doors.
