The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a full bath and two separate bedrooms that share a hall bath. As an added bonus the owner provides linens for this rental unit. This unit also has access to the hotel pool located on Read St. The perfect vacation rental! *Pet friendly with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet- Dogs Only- Breed Restrictions. *Please note that a full flight of steps is required to get to the first level of living.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
