Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice weekend getaway

This condo was clean and well equipped for a weekend. We did not realize the bedrooms were upstairs but we managed fine. Nice family area!

Wonderful location

I have stayed at Pinnacle Port in a few different condos almost a dozen times. It never gets old. The condo was in very good condition and fit our needs perfectly for 2 couples and one child. We will keep returning.

Spring Break Trip

The condo was comfortable, clean and updated. Great location in a gated community and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The building is a bit dated in areas, but we enjoyed the property nonetheless. The beach is beautiful and was never overcrowded, same with the pool. Host was very responsive via text, when needed. We had a great stay!

Roaches stay

Day on greeted with roach at entry way. Didn’t think much of it. But they appeared everywhere. I had to secure my belongings so I don’t travel home with me. Property management emailed a service ticket was made. No call or follow-up was made. I had endure the bugs my entire stay. Master bedroom cable tv was not working. And few other minor things. This is my annual spring visit to Panama City - and the worst rental I’ve stayed in.
