At the west end of panama city beach, close to pier park with beautiful views up and down the beach from the largest balconies on the beach. A two bedroom condo with king-size beds in both rooms, plus a sofa-bed. A beautifully decorated condo that is a cut above the typical condo. Wireless internet and cable TV including HBO, DVD player and games for the rare afternoons that it rains. New this year is a big screen smart TV with netflix and amazon TV, and a new big screen TV in the Master Bedroom

Complex has 2 pools, hot tub, gym and tennis court.

it includes beach chairs with an umbrella.

The condo has a direct gulf view and good size balcony, very well equipped kitchen for people like us who cook. The property was clean and roomy to accommodate a senior and other family members. The owner is good to work with. We would definitely return.

Amazing Beachfront condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo right on the beach in PCB! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Easy access to the beach, great location close to restaurants. Perfect for families! Perfect Condo overlooking the Gulf!

We will continue to stay at this condo. It’s perfect. It’s clean and has a beautiful view to watch the dolphins.. Beach chair service is nice and comes with the condo. The beds are comfortable and it has any kitchen item you need. It couldn’t be any better.

Why they chose this property

I went to Panama City Beach in Florida when I was in school and I always wanted to buy a home here. When I walked out on the balcony at Emerald Isle I said 'wow' and was sold before the Realtor started talking.

What makes this property unique

The soft white sand is nicer than Cancun, and the water is clear. One can stand on the balcony and see up and down the beach for miles and miles, and there is enough room to have the whole family on the balcony.
