Total bedding includes one king, one queen, two twins, and a double/twin bunk set.

Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk set, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

The living area has a flat-screen TV and deck access to take in the beautiful oceanfront views.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
