Terrible experience here. Me and my fiancée got a bacterial infection from a dirty and not maintained hot tub. We brought it up with the host and after 3 days they told us they wont refund or compensate for anything. Absolutely terrible do not go here unless you want hot tub rash from a dirty hot tub. Vrbo also refused to refund or compensate and thats ridiculous.

Guest stayed at our property for 10 days. He communicated twice with us - the day before arrival, and the morning after he departed. We routinely go to each property after the first 7 days to refresh the hot tubs. In this case we contacted guest the day before [day 6] to advise we were servicing his hot tub the next day [day 7]. He said ok and that the water needed to be topped off. Period. After checking out on day 10, he advised that they had a bad reaction to the hot tub and wanted a full refund. We then reviewed all the details, including our security camera outside the hot tub, which showed these guests used the hot tub the entire time they were there, and well beyond the date when they said they noticed a problem [day 4]. They said they went to a Dr which was MdLive, an online service, instead of a 24-hr urgent care facility 5 minutes from the house. After reviewing guest version of events, our serviceman's report on 7th day of their 10-day stay, and security videos, we advised guest that there would be no refunds. If this was of such great concern to him, he should have contacted us asap, but he never once mentioned a problem - either to the serviceman, or to us through end of his stay. It appeared that guest was trying to extort us for the full rental amount. This was verified a few days after we denied the refund when he sent us a message saying - if you do give us the refund I would be willing to still leave a 5 star review. This is a scam.

Rustic farm house vacation

This was a wonderful property for us to use as a base for our first visit to Finger Lakes. Nicely renovated property with 4 br, plenty of space, rustic touches, very peaceful area but close to all the interesting places. We would definitely rent again for another stay.

This property was all and more we could have expected. Starting with unique decor through out the house, each room had its own individual identity but all blended together. From the pristine table settings to the wall art or the individual tea cups on the bed. It did take us a bit to find the hot tub , come to find out it was located in the garage, and relaxing it was. One of the best kept secrets was the second bedroom had a king bed, that made two kings and two queen , the most comfortable bed ever. I would highly recommend this property, close to Penn Yan and plenty of wineries. 5 stars!

Roomy house with great porches and backyard to hangout watching sunsets, barbecuing, using the hot tub. Farmland all around. Close to Penn Yann and easy drives to wineries, restaurants and breweries. Lovely location and a great stay!

Bachelorette Weekend

This charming farmhouse was the perfect backdrop to my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in the Finger Lakes. It was not only clean, but it also had so many charming touches! It adequately accommodated our group of seven and was centrally located to the wineries we visited as well. I would definitely consider booking this lovely home again for a family trip or another girls’ weekend!

Charm & The Best Night Sleep You’ll Have

Came here with friends, an infant, and a dog for a weekend in the Finger Lakes. The house has so much space, is charmingly decorated, and we all agreed the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Great location near multiple wineries. Owners had clear and prompt communication. Would absolutely rent again!
